We went over to have a BBQ with Grandma and Grandpa for a much needed outing cause Daddy has been working alot this summer. We had veggies, watermelon and hotdogs for dinner. After we went up to the park to play. Uncle Ben and Cousin River came to eat and play too. After playing hard at the park we came home to eat yummy cookies. Such a fun evening :0)

He has been wanting his hair to look like daddy's all summer long and he was over due for a cut. So we gave in and shaved his head. Such a handsome guy. His hair already looks darker. Not as blonde anymore.

Sounders vs. Chelsea

We got tickets to go and watch a big soccer game :: Sounders vs. Chelsea .

It was a part of my birthday present; or so JR says ;0)

We bought Ken a pair of tickets for his birthday. So he and Chelsey came and

spent the day with us. The Sounders lost but a good time was had by all.

I celebrated my birthday with the family early because of JR's work schedule.

I got my birthday cake from Cold Stone. It was delicious ! ! !

We had taco salad for dinner. Yum-o ! ! ! !

This year we had a BBQ at Beth and Gerry's house.

It was a warm sunny day.

The day was full of family & friends and even better good food.

Backyard Fun

We dug a firepit in our backyard so we could roast marshmallows.

And make s'mores. Here are a couple pictures from that fun evening.

The kids just loved helping to break the sticks and building the fire.

They also love to make and eat s'mores.

Fathers Day

For Fathers Day we went to Home Depot and did a fun workshop with the kids.

They all got aprons; glued and hammered a neat project together with a little help from us.

They gave them to Daddy the next morning with fun notes and treasures in them.
